Barb Wagner
Administrator

With more than 30 years experience in the long term health care field, Barbara Wagner is one of the most knowledgeable Skilled Nursing Care Administrators in the area. She has worked at McKnight Place Extended care since 1996 running a deficiency free facility and now brings her knowledge and expertise to McKnight Place Assisted Living. She prides herself on creating a cohesive group of caretakers to provide excellent care for the residents.

 

Patti Romeo
Admissions Coordinator/Social Services

When Patti Romeo joined the staff at McKnight Place Assisted Living in 2004, she brought 25 years of experience as a successful retail manager, six years in senior ministry services, and a unique talent for putting people’s needs first. As Admissions/Social Services Coordinator, Patti handles inquiries, provides tours and answers questions about the continuum of services provided at McKnight Place Assisted Living. She welcomes new Residents by handling every aspect of their move, from coordinating with movers to making sure Residents are comfortable and happy in their new setting. Patti also manages each Resident Care Plan, arranging quarterly updates between McKnight Place staff and family members.

 

Patrick Majors, MD
Medical Director

Dr. Patrick Majors has been part of the community at One McKnight Place since 1988, serving as Medical Director for The Gatesworth and McKnight Place Assisted Living. A graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Majors completed his residency in Internal Medicine at St. Mary’s Health Center in Richmond Heights. Dr. Majors is on staff at Forest Park Hospital and St. Mary’s Health Center.

Wilma Albers , RN
Director of Nursing

Wilma joined the staff at McKnight Place Assisted Living as Director of Nursing in August 2006. She brings with her over twenty-six years of hands-on nursing experience, the most recent being Assistant Director of Nursing at McKnight Place Extended Care for two and a half years. Wilma is responsible for maintaining a qualified nursing staff and overseeing the care for each of our residents. Interacting with our residents and their families, she provides knowledge and expertise to assure optimum care and satisfaction.

 

Jennifer Tiongson, CDM & CFPP
Dining Service Manager

Jennifer Tiongson, the Dining Service Manager at McKnight Place Assisted Living, has worked in The Gatesworth Community since 1994. Jennifer is knowledgeable about the needs of our Residents and is committed to providing exceptional meals with the highest quality of service. Jennifer graduated college with double major, holding degrees in both Accounting and Dietetic Technology-Food Service Management.
